These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and participation in our activities. By visiting this site and/or submitting artwork, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
Using Our Website
This website is for parents, guardians, and their children to explore, learn, and share their creativity.
You may:
Browse our website and enjoy our content
Submit artwork through our upload form (with parental permission for children under 13)
Share your love for the book and creativity with your family and friends!
You agree not to:
Use the site for anything unlawful
Try to harm or disrupt our website
Use other people’s personal information without permission
User Submissions (Artwork Uploads)
By submitting artwork, you confirm that:
You are the creator of the artwork, or the legal parent/guardian of the creator if they are under 13
You grant us permission to display the artwork, along with initials, city, and state, in our gallery for up to 2 months (or until a removal request is made)
If you wish to have the submission removed, you may email us at shine@solarbabies.org. We will process removal requests within 3–7 business days.
We may limit the number of submissions displayed, depending on gallery space.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the book, illustrations, text, and design — is the intellectual property of the Author and Nicari Unlimited, LLC, unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
Use our materials for commercial purposes without written consent
We love when you share your experience! But please tag us or link back to our website when you do.
